Wellbeing advice for dealing with Covid 19

It is normal to feel worried, stressed and anxious when faced with uncertain situations such as the outbreak of Coronavirus.  Anxiety is a natural human response when we perceive danger or feel under threat and this can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings or physical sensations.   However, it is important to remember that an epidemic of anxiety can spread faster than the epidemic of the illness itself.  Whilst the Government and Health Professionals have to plan for the worst, it doesn’t necessarily mean this will happen!
